Interviews

This is my Interviews Resources page.  I developed this page and the label that goes with it because interviews that I have done have proven particularly useful. There are two different types of interview: candidate and information.  Candidate interviews are for when the candidate sits down to discuss a jobs requirements.  Normally this type of interview is part of a series where HR will verify the candidates background, then the account manager will check to see if they are the right fit either "culturally" or otherwise.  Finally, the project manager and/or supervisor will sit down and discuss the basics of the position.  The informational interview is the opposite in many ways.  The candidate, seeking a better understanding of how to better participate in an area of interest will seek opinion leaders, managers or others with supervision responsibilities to learn new strategies.
